blazing fire on ice
she glides on smooth
a rhythm in sync
spell bound, I star gaze
as she slides in a graceful waltz
like a soothing breeze
through the whispering willows
a drifting drizzle
on greens of grass meadows
a calming balm
on my worries and sorrows
lucent charm of innocense
her smile thaws a million hearts
mesmerising ice maiden,
she is an angel in free rein
Formidable stance on her tiny toes
an incessant stream of inspiration flows
before my very own eyes
magic of a miracle transpose
stroke of modern art on arctic ice
her skates swivel as she triple axels
Chasing an illusion,
I woolgather..
lost in a maze of her own mind
my dream but stumbles and falls
Autmn, my beloved child
she is still a picture of perfection
a beautiful butterfly in slow motion
