Amchoor powder 1/2 tsp
Cauliflower, cut into florets
Chopped coriander leaves 1bunch
Coriander powder 2tsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Ginger-garlic paste 1tsp
Green peas 1tbsp
Green chilli 2
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion 1
Potatoes, cubed 4
Red chili powder 1tsp
Salt to taste
Tomatoes, chopped 3
Turmeric powder 3/4tsp


Heat oil in a pan, saute cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste for a minute.

Then add crushed tomato,onion and gr chilli,turmeric and cook till oil oozes out.

Add rest of spices mixed in water.

Add poatoes and cauliflower, salt.

Lower the heat, cover and let it simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.

Serve hot with naan , chapati and roti.
