New York: Meditation beyond Mind- cross last hurdle to bliss- Free course

We recommend joining by laptop for better experience that will be almost like that of in-person class. Please register so that we may intimate about a few things you can do to get ready for the course. No prior meditation experience is needed.

What happens in one month?

Saturday,1st & 8th May : Spark your Awareness: Energizing Kundalini (coiled inner energy) and chakras (energy center),

Saturday,15th May: Nirchivarita (thoughtlessnes) through meditation

Satrurday, 22nd May: Nirvikalpa (desirelessness) through meditation

Saturday, 29th May: Samarpan (surrender) through meditation

Mid weeks transformative meditation options will be shared during classes based on trainer and participants convenience. Mentors can be assigned if you like one, to help you achieve this transformation during and beyond the course duration.

Who is doing it?

Team of Sahaja Yoga meditation volunteers practicing and teaching 'Sahaja Yoga' meditation for decades. Sahaja Yoga meditation was discovered and invented by 'Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi' in 1970, who in very Motherly fashion helped people to take to true meditation in an easy way and connect straight to the Divinity and experience within us the universal consciousness. It is practiced in more than 108 countries and is always free.
