3 Plantain Bananas (Cut into pieces)
3 Spoons Sugar
1 Cup Rice Flour
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/4 Cup Chick Pea Flour (Besan)
1/2 Spoon Salt Oil


Mix All The Flours Together with Sugar & Salt
Add around 1 Cup of Water
Heat 3 Tablespoons of Oil for Frying
Dunk the Bananas in the batter and fry
Take the bananas out when they become a light-brown color
