Lobia 1 Cup
Rice 1 Tablespoons
Ginger 1 Piece
Green chillies 2-3 Numbers
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
Water As Required
Salt To Taste
Onions(chopped)1/2 Cup
Green chillies(chopped)1/2 Teaspoons
Oil 1-2 Teaspoons
1. Soak lobia, rice separately in water for 6 hours or overnight, wash it.
2. Take a mixie jar, add ginger, green chillies, cumin seeds and blend into slightly thick batter and transfer into a bowl.
3. Add, little water, salt and mix nicely.
4. Heat dosa pan and pour one ladleful batter and spread it in circle shape. 5. Sprinkle onions, green chillies, little oil cook it on one side and transfer into serving plate.
6. Now crispy lobia dosa is ready to serve with kheera pickle or ginger pickle.
Lobia dosa is protein rich dosa for morning breakfast.
