Vermicelli Uttapam

Vermicelli 1 Cup
Ghee or oil 1 Tablespoons
All purpose flour 1 Cup
Sooji rava 1/2 Cup
Baking powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Curd 1 Cup
Onion 1 Numbers
Green chillies 4 Numbers
Coriander leaves 1/2 Bunch
Carrot 1 Numbers


Roast vermicelli in ghee or oil and add little water in it to make bit soft. Cook it for 2mn with lid on it and take it in a bowl. Now add all purpose flour, sooji rava, baking powder, curd and mix it well to make uttapam batter. When pan is hot pour this batter on it but in a thick and small consistency. On top of this add finely chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves and carrot In the last add some oil on it and cook it on slow flame with lid on it. Turn it over and cook both the sides.
