All purpose 2 Cup
Salt 1 0
Hot water (as required) 1/4 Cup
Cabbage (grated) 1 Cup
Garlic finely chopped 1/2 Teaspoons
Sweet corn 1/2 Cup
Greens of Spring onion finely chopped 1 Tablespoons
Green chilli 4 Numbers
Pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Soya sauce 1/2 Teaspoons
Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoons
Butter 1 Tablespoons


1. Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, salt and add required hot water and make it into a dough then knead it well.
2. For the stuffing take a bowl and add grated cabbage, finely chopped garlic, sweet corn, spring onion, green chilli, pepper powder, soya sauce, sesame seeds, salt, butter and mix it. Then add flour mix it again.
3. Roll the dough into thin sheet by using dry flour.
4. Cut them into small stickers using the cutter.
5. Take the stuffing and make it into a small dumplings and place it on pot stickers.
6. Apply water to the edges and seal it to bring into a fancy shape.
7. Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree C for 5 minutes.
8. Place the pot stickers in the fryer to fry.
9. After 5 minutes Pull out the basket and apply the water and oil mixture and toss it well, again fry it for 5 minutes.
10. After 5 minutes switch off the airfryer and rest it for 2 minutes. 11. Serve it with any sauce.


Pot stickers are all time favorites for many and this airfryed version is is really awesome which are stuffed with finely shredded cabbage seasoned
