Hot and Sour vegetable soup

Ajinamoto salt pinch
All vegetables 1 cup
snow peas
Green onion
Sesame seed oil 1tsp
Stock (Vegitable/chicken) 3cup
Soya sauce 2table spoons
Rice vinegar 1table spoon
Chillie sauce - as desired
Peper pinch
Sugar 1/4 tea spoon
Corn flour - 1tsp


Take a bowl, add 3 cups of vegitable or chicken stock, to this add soya sauce, rice vinegar, chillie sauce, pinch of pepper, 1/4 tea spoon sugar and chopped vegitable ,ginger and pinch of ajinamoto and bring them to a boil.

Check the taste and adjust chillie or salt.

Once it comes to boil, add a table spoon of Sesame seed oil 1tsp.

Remove the froth while boiling.

Add tofu.

Mix the corn flour with water and in a cup and add to the above soup little by little, keep stiring while adding.

Top it with freshly chopped green onions.

Serve hot.
