Cheese Corn Balls

Boiled sweet corn kernels 150gms
Processed cheese grated 200gms
Potatoes boiled and mashed 200gms
Salt to taste
White pepper powder 1tsp
cornflour 1/2tsp
refined flour(maida) 1tsp
oregano 1/2tsp
bread crumbs 4tsps
Oil to deep fry


Prepare the batter with
4tsp maida
1tsp corn flour
add required water to make the batter with thick consistency.

Take a bowl and mix all the above ingredients -grated cheese,mashed potatoe,boiled sweet corn kernels,white pepper,oregano,corn flour,refined flour,salt and mix well.

Make small balls and keep aside.

Dip the corn cheese balls in the batter and roll them in bread crumbs and fry them in oil in a deep pan.

Serve them hot with sauce or green chutney.

Even smashed paneer can be added to the mixture.
