Ginger,Lemon punch

Main Ingredient: Ginger, Lemon Juice, Honey or Sugar,
Time to Prepare: 10 minutes


Water 4 cups,
Ginger (small lemon size) Fresh piece
Sugar to taste or Honey or Jaggery
Lemon juice 1/2 cup ( to taste.)
Pinch of salt.


Chop or grate or smash the ginger well
Add 2 cups of water. Boil on the fire for 3 minutes.Put off the fire. Keep it closed for 5 minutes.
Strain the ginger mixture.
Add Honey,salt,Lemon juice stir well. Add 3 cups of water and drink.

Nutritional info

In winter you can drink it warm or hot and in summer very cold. It is good for digestion and fever and cold.
