Kerala fish fry

Limejuice-3-4 tablespoon
Salt,turmeric and chilli powder as per taste
Olive oil-2 teaspoon
Oil for frying
Crushed pepper-3 teaspoon
Crushed shallots-7 nos


Marinate fish with 3-4 tablespoon of limejuice.
Add salt,turmeric and chilli powder according to taste.
Drizzle a bit of oil for even coating.
You can add crushed fresh shallot onions and crushed pepper for added taste to the mixture.
Let it remain for 20 minutes.
Deep fry /shallow fry till both sides are brown.
This is the typical Kerala fish fry.
