Kadai paneer

Main Ingredient: Paneer


500gm paneer
1-2 capsicums
1tbsp coriander seeds
4 red chillies
2-3 chopped green chillies
1 tbsp chopped ginger
3-4 tomatoes
2tbsp chopped coriander
3tbsp ghee
salt to taste
5 cloves garlic mixed with water for the paste


Slice the paneer and capsicum into thin long strips.pound the coriander seeds and chillies together.heat ghee and then add the garlic paste and cook on a slow flame for a few seconds.add the capsicum and the pounded spices and cook on a slow flame for few minutes.add the green
chilies and ginger and fry again for a few seconds.add salt and fry.finally add the sliced paneer and cook for a few minutes.sprinkle coriander for garnishing.
