Chinese chicken frankies

4-5 maida rotis
2 eggs beaten
For chinese filling;
1 Carrot grated
10-12 French beans sliced
1 capsicum
1/2 cabbage
1tbsp garlic
1/2 onion
2 tbsp oil
2tbsp soya sauce
2tbsp chilli sauce
2potatos(boiled and mashed)
oil to fry
salt and pepper to taste
For the sauce;1/2 cup schezuan sauce
2tbsp tomato ketchup
2tbsp spring onion greens chopped
1 tsp chat masala
2 tbsp onion


Prepaer the maida roti and keep aside.To prepare chinese filling,heat oil,saute the garlic and onion and add in the carrots,beans,cabbage,capsicum and add in the chinese sauces,seasoning,mix well and remove,add in the potatoes and cool.
Heat oil on a tava, heat the maida roti,add a little beaten egg and turn over, remove from the tava,place the chinese filling on top.Top with the sauce and sprinkle chat masala and onion over and roll up the frankies and serve hot.
