250 gms noodles
100 gms cabbage
100 gms carrot
50 gms beans
2 onions
4 garlic pieces
small piece ginger
2 ts chilly sause
1/4 ts ahzinomoto
salt to taste
30 gms corn flour
oil to cook.
* Cook the noodles in hot water and dip it to another bowl to dry.
* Take a bowl, put some oil and fry the dried noodles.
* Take a pan fry all vegetables after chopping them to small pieces and cook adding 1 glass of water.
* Mix the above mixture with noodles.Later add salt and ahzinomoto, corn flour sause to it.
Now its ready to serve.
