1.Chicken -500gm
2.Red chilli powder 1tsp
3.Turmaric powder -1/2 tsp
4.Garam masala -3tsp
5.Pepper powder 1tsp
6.Ginger,garlic paste -2tbsp
7.Curry leaves 2strings
8.salt -as reqd
9.oil 4tbsp
1.wash and clean chicken and cut in to small pieces.
2.Marinade chicken pieces with ginger,garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmaric powder,salt and garam masala and keep aside for 5 hours.
3.Heat oil in a iron wok and fry curry leaves ,add mariaded chicken pieces and cook 20mins with out covering the wok,stirrings occationaly.
4.Add pepper powder and cook 2min
