- Wash and wipe amla.In a big plastic bag tie amlas and keep in freezer for three to four days.
- After four days, when excess water removed and amla gets into room temperature gets tender.Make pieces from this.
- Spread into clean cotton cloth for overnight to remove moisture.
- Add 750 grams sugar and keep in a big vessel for three days until sugar dissolves and amla soak sugar syrup.
- Strain extra syrup by strainer.In a thick plastic spread amla pieces and keep in sunlight for three days and store in dry glass bottle.
