Instant Tomato Chutney

mint optional 1 Bunch
garlic 6 Piece
cashew nuts 1 Tablespoons
oil 2 Tablespoons
urad dal 1 Teaspoons
mustard seeds 1 Pinch
hing 1 Pinch
cumin 1 Pinch
Curry leaves for flavour 6 Leaf
Red pepper 4 Numbers
Tamarind 30 Grams
Ginger 1 Numbers
green chilli 3 Numbers
Tomatoes 8 Numbers
grated coconut optional 1/2 Cup


1. Heat oil ina pan. AddRed chilli, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic and saute.
2. Add gr chillies, tamarind, cashew nuts, curry leaves, hing and tomatoes. Add salt and cook well.
3. Add mint, coconut and cook for some time.
4. Now blend the entire mixture a little coarse and season it with tempering and enjoy the chutney.
