Bread 4 Slice
All purpose flour 1 Cup
Salt 1/4 Teaspoons
Semolina 1 Tablespoons
Yogurt 3 Tablespoons
Oil To Fry


1. Cut the edges of bread and transfer it into a blender and blend it into a powder.
2. Add all purpose flour, little salt, semolina mix it and add yogurt, water and make the poori dough and keep it aside for 5 mins.
3. Take the dough and divide it into equal portions.
4. Roll the poori using rolling pin.
5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the puriís and transfer it into a paper towel.
6. Now the puffed puriís are ready to serve hot with any curry.
