Boiled sweet corn 1/2 Cup
Egg 2 Numbers
Green chilli paste 2 Teaspoons
Chopped onions 1/4 Cup
Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 Teaspoons
Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Garam masala powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Black pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Tomato sauce 2 Teaspoons
Oil 2 Teaspoons
Cashew Nuts 1 Teaspoons


Take a bowl and add egg white beat it well then keep aside. 2.Now take another bowl add boiled sweet corn paste, egg white, chopped onions, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, tomato sauce, salt, turmeric powder mix it thoroughly. 3.Heat oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture spread it nicely and add cashew nuts, chopped coriander leaves on it and fry both the side then switch off the flame. 4.Tasty sweet corn omelette is ready to serve.
