Green Peas and Carrot Salad

2 big chopped carrot
1 cup green peas
20 grams baking soda
1 crushed green chili with salt
Salt according to your taste
Black pepper and lime juice
cup boiled corns
cucumber pieces
Coriander leaves for garnishing


Step 1: Boil peas and carrot for 5 minutes on medium flame. Keep it for cooling and take out the water from it.

Step 2:Chop carrots. Now mix carrots, peas, chopped onions, boiled corns, salt and black pepper, chilies and lime juice together in a bowl.

Step 3: Your healthy salad is ready for eating, now serve it with green coriander or parsley garnishing.
