Wheat flour 1 Cup
Red chilly powder 1/4 Teaspoons
Carom seeds 1/4 Teaspoons
Onion(chopped)1/4 Cup
Green chillies(chopped)1 Teaspoons
Coriander leaves(chopped)1 Tablespoons
Oil 1 Tablespoons
Ghee 1 Teaspoons


1. Take a bowl and add wheat flour, salt, red chilly powder, carom seeds, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, oil and mix it.
2. Add water and make soft dough, add little oil and knead again.
3. Divide dough into small portions and roll into small thick koki.
4. Cut it lightly with knife like as shown in video.
5. Heat tawa with little ghee and Place koki and cook it on both sides.
6. Now sindhi koki is ready to serve with yogurt.


This is a sindhi recipe, It is most popular breakfast dish. It is prepared with whole wheat flour kneaded with onions and coriander to make a filling roti.
