
-1 cup soya chunks (boiled & squeezed)
-1 tsp cornflour
-1 tsp rice flour
-1/2 tsp chili powder
-1/2 tsp garam masala
-Salt, pepper
-Curry leaves, chopped onions (optional for garnish)
-Oil (for shallow frying)
- Marinate boiled soya chunks with all ingredients.
- Let sit for 15 mins.
- Shallow or deep fry until golden and crisp.
- Optional: temper with curry leaves and onions.
