Chicken Biryani

Basmathi Rice-500gms
Chicken-500 gms
Tomatoes-1(finely chopped)or tomato ketchup:2tbsp
Garam masala-25gms
Color_-red or orange(add pinch in milk)
Salt to taste


Wash and cut chicken and marinate the chicken with the garam masala, red chillipowder, yogurt, salt ,tomato paste or tomato ketch up,turmeric powder,daniya powder and keep it aside for an hour.
Cook rice separately (donít cook fully it should be semi-cooked)and salt and keep aside
Heat milk, put pinch of saffron and keep aside
Heat 2tbsp of oil in pan.fry onions till golden brown. Remove from the oil and keep aside
Add the marinated chicken and cook for 10 min.
In a separate vessel put ghee r oil, half quantity of semi-cooked rice and half quantity of fried onions and milk of saffron.
Put the cooked rice and top of it and then cover it with remaining semi cooked rice.

Ingredients list is missing ingredients listed in directions. (red chilipowder, turmeric, daniya powder. cooking directions are not complete. If you only followed the direction and stop at that point, you would not be able to eat the biryani. If you did you might get sick, or food poisoning by eating uncooked meat.
