Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

-1 ripe mango (peeled and chopped)
-1 cup milk (or almond/oat milk)
-1/2 cup yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
-1–2 tbsp sugar or honey (to taste)
-Ice cubes (optional)

Directions

- Add mango pieces to a blender.

- Pour in milk and yogurt. Add sugar or honey.

- Blend until smooth and creamy.

- Add ice if you want it chilled and blend again. Serve immediately!

Add 1 banana for extra thickness.
