1/2 cup Quinoa flour
1 tablespoon Potato starch
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon canola oil
Organic Honey
Combine all the ingredients except honey in a bowl and add some water to it to make the mixture thick and fluffy. Heat a non-stick greased skillet and add a ladleful of the batter to it, fry each side until golden brown and serve with honey drizzled from the top.
