1 cup paneer, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced finely
1 lemon juice
Zest of half lemon
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Salt and Pepper, as required
Coriander for garnish
To begin making the Paneer In Lemon Honey Sauce, cut paneer into cubes. Mix paneer with salt, turmeric in a mixing bowl and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet and add minced garlic. Sauté it for about 5 minutes.
Add honey and lemon juice. Sauté until the mixture thickens and it reaches the saucy consistency.
Add pepper, pinch of lemon zest and salt and mix well. Add paneer and sauté in the sauce for about 10 minutes. Do not overcook Paneer as it will become hard and will loose its softness.
Garnish with lemon zest and serve with honey on the sides.
