Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Ginger 1 Piece
Green chillies 3 Numbers
Raw mango 1 Numbers
Coriander leaves 1/2 Bunch
Fresh coconut(grated) 1/2 Cup
Salt
1. Take a mix jar and add cumin seeds, ginger, green chillies, raw mango, coriander leaves, fresh grated coconut, salt and blend into a smooth paste.
2. Now the mango coconut chutney is ready to serve with rice.
This is a good combination of fresh coconut and raw mango. This chutney is made out of all raw ingredients and tastes good with all types of parathas and roti ,rice.
