Oil 5 Tablespoons
Green chillies 3 Numbers
Garlic 4 Numbers
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoons
Okra 5 Numbers
Tamarind(soaked)5 Grams

1. Heat oil in a pan and add okra pieces and shallow fry until okra become dry and crispy, later transfer into a plate.
2. In the same oil add green chillies, garlic and fry it, later transfer into same plate.
3. Take a stone motor pestle and add cumin seeds crush it, later add fried okra, garlic, green chillies, tamarind, salt and crush it to make coarse paste. 4. Now the bendi chutney is ready to serve.
Okra chutney is a high fiber spicy tangy delicious healthy chutney made perfect with hot rice and ghee.
