Coriander powder 1 Tablespoons
Green chilly 3 Numbers
Chilly powder 2 Tablespoons
Yard long beans (chines beans)250 Gms
Salt
Onions 2 Numbers
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons
Potato 250 Grams
Amchur powder 1 Teaspoons
Garam masala powder 1 Tablespoons
Roasted chana powder 2 Tablespoons
1. Potatoes cut them into length wise (add turmeric in water and boil the potatoes).
2. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, onions, salt, add yard long beans, (Chinese beans) saut this and add chilly powder, green chilly, coriander powder cook for some time add roasted chana powder.
3. Amchur powder, garam masala powder, and then add boiled potatoes mix it well, and add coriander leaves.
