Lauki grated 250Grams
Ghee 1/2Cup
Badam 100Grams
Khoya 200Grams
Cardamom powder 1Tablespoons
First soak the almonds and remove the skin off it, put in a blender and make a coarse paste.
Heat ghee in a pan add almond paste keep stir in a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes and add grated Lauki cook this for few minutes then add sugar, mix it well keep on stirring till mixture is dried out and add khoya, cardamom powder, mix it up and switch off the flame. Serve this hot.
