Coconut milk 1 Cup
Garam masala 1 Teaspoons
Mango slices 5 Piece
Butter 2 Tablespoons
1. In a bowl marinate the shrimps with slat, chilly powder.
2. Heat oil in a pan add bay leaves, pepper corns, cinnamon sticks, add cumin seeds, slices of onions, salt, and saut the onions, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, green chilly, mint leaves, coriander leaves, tomatoes, coconut milk, mix it and add water, bring to a boil add rice, cover, and cook for 3 minutes in a high flame, remove the lid add garam masala, mango slices, and arrange the marinate shrimps press them, and add butter, put the lid on and cook for 5 minutes in a slow flame, after 5 minutes remove the lid and mix the rice and switch off the flame .
3. put the lid on for 3 minutes, after that serve the shrimp mango coconut pulao.
