UBBU ROTI My Recipebox:

Rice flour 1 Cup
All purpose flour 1 Tablespoons
Oil 1 Tablespoons
Salt 1 Pinch


1. Boil the water by adding salt and oil.
2. In a bowl add rice flour, 1 tbsp of all purpose flour and boil water and make it into a soft dough.
3. And divide the dough into small dumplings then roll it like a small phulka by adding flour.
4. Take gently and add on heated flat pan, heat on both sides for a less than a minute, then transfer it to direct high flame or to a mesh and cook the phulka on both sides.
5. Once it puffs, remove it from flame immediately using the tongs.
6. Serve Ubbu roti with onion chutney.


This is a very healthy roti, made with rice flour and maida, serve it with chutney.
