Garam masala 1 Teaspoons
Chopped coriander 1 Bunch
Chat masala 1 Teaspoons
Chilly flakes 10 Grams
Baby corn 10 Numbers
Mozzarella cheese 50 Grams
Egg 1 Numbers
Corn flour 60 Grams
Refined flour 100 Grams
Salt To Taste
Jeera powder 1 Teaspoons


Make a thin wrappers in non stick pan with corn flour, refined flour, egg, water make. Blanch a baby corn and slit them Make a stuffing with cheese, chat masala, chopped coriander, garam masala, jeera powder, Stuff these mixtures in to the baby corn, Place the stuffed baby corn in the sheet and roll it into the Cigar shape. Deep fry them till golden brown colour. Serve it with chilly garlic sauce.
