Maize flour 1 Teaspoons
Ragi flour 1 Teaspoons
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons
Potato 2 Numbers
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Wheat flour 1/4 Cup
All purpose flour 1 Tablespoons


Take a bowl and add boiled and mashed potato, turmeric, garam masala powder, coriander powder, wheat flour, all purpose flour, maize flour, ragi flour and add required water make it into a stiff dough. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it like a small puri and deep fry in the hot oil. Serve it hot.


Aloo puri is very popular north indian breakfast fast dish. made with multigrain flour and potato very healthy snack.
