Wheat Flour 1 Cup
Maize flour 2 Teaspoons
Semolina 2 Teaspoons
Spinach puree 1/2 Cup
Salt 0


In a bowl add Wheat flour, ragi flour, Maize flour, semolina, spinach puree, and by adding water make it like a dough and rest it for 5-10 mins Now make the dough like small balls and roll it like a small puris. Deep fry them in a hot oil till they get a nice color and serve hot.


Palak Puri Recipe is a nice combination of spinach and wheat flour, ragi, maize flour.
