All purpose flour cup 1
Chilly powder tsp 1
Cumin seeds tsp 1
Ginger (optional) piece 1 inch
Hing pinch
Moong daal cup 1/2
Oil for deep fry
Salt to taste
Spring onions tbsp 1


First soak the moon Dal for 2 hours and keep it aside. To the soaked moon dal, add cumin seeds, spring onions, ginger (optional) put it into the blender and make a paste. Take a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, chilly powder, hing, mix this and add prepared paste, add some water and mix it like a soft dough, divide the dough into equal portions and make them puris and deep fry them in the hot oil.
