1 liter milk

60 gms sugar

10 gms pistachio

1 gm saffron


Step 1: Boil milk in a pan. When milk reduced to half, add sugar.

Step 2: Cook it on low flame till it turns thick. Keep stirring so that the milk doesn’t get burnt.

Step 3: Cool it and serve with chopped pistachio and saffron.
