1/2 kg raw papaya
2 medium size tomatoes
6 buds of garlic
3-4 red or green chilies
2 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoon roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon salt
Step 1: Peel off papaya and shred it in long fine pieces. Crush chili, garlic and peanuts together
Step 2: Now chop tomatoes. Mix lime juice, sugar and salt in it. Add shredded papaya in it
Step 3: Now mix all preparation together. Your papaya lachha salad is ready to serve. Serve it in the serving plate
