Cream
Coriader 1tbsp
Garamasala powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Koya 1 tbsp
Oil to fry
Onions 1
Panner 250 grams
Pepper powder 1tsp
Salt as per taste
Water as needed
Whole garamasala - Cordamom, cinamon,cloves, bay leaf
Zeera 1 pinch
Make almond paste.
Take a pan, add little oil,whole garamasala, zeera and onions and one table spoon of gineger galric paste, white peper powder, one table spoon of corriender paste and almond paste.
Add water and bring it boil and then add salt.
Stir continusly to avoid burn.
Add paneer.
Add pinch garam masala and add koya and cream at the end.
Add sugar if like it.
Serve hot with Shahi paneer or naan.
