ajwain 1 pinch
baking soda 1/4tsp
cashewnuts 2 tbsp
chilli pdr 1pinch
chopped coriander 1bunch
chopped ginger 1slice
chopped gr chilli 2
cumin 1tsp
curry leaves
gram flour ,beasan 2cups
mustard 1pinch
oil to fry
onion 1/2small
potato boiled mashed 4
salt to taste


Heat oil in pan , make sure use very little oil add cumin ,mustard ,turmeric all spices and onion.

Mix it with mashed potato and season well.

Make batter with gramflour as shown , or check out the video of pakodas for detail procedure for batter.

Dipp the dumpling of potatoes in the batter and fry in medium heat till golden brown and serve hotwith your fav chutney.
