Fresh tolapia fillet
Lime juice - 1 limeon
Chipotle Mexican Seasoning - 1 Tea spoon
Tandoori Masala - 1 Tea spoon
Hot mexican salsa
Lettuce
Cheese
Tacos
Marinate half of the fish fillets in tandoori masala, and the remaining fish fillets in mexican chipotle Seasoning, add one full leamon juice to both (half leamon juice each). Marinate for an hour.
Take the grill pan, add oil and turn it on.
When it is hot, add the marinated fish to it.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on one side and flip; and cook for another 2minutes on the other side.
Warm the tacos.
Add fillet of fish, little bit of lettuce, little bit of cheese and hot salsa/ mild salsa.
