Soy Beans Frozen 1 packet
Sweet corn Frozen 1 small packet
Small tomatoes 1 small packet
Washed and cut into halfs
Carrots 2 Grated
Cilantro some chopped
Black Pepper powder or red chili powder to taste. (optional)
Cumin seeds ½ teaspoon
Oil 2 table spoons
Salt to taste
Cucumber ( pickling) 2
Lemon juice to taste
1. Wash and cut cucumber into thin round pieces.
2. Thaw frozen corn in the microwave or boil with little water and salt and drain the water.
3. Thaw frozen soy beans in the microwave Or boil with little salt and water and drain the water.
4. In a pan , pour oil and cumin saute on slow fire till the cumin turns reddish.
5. Add cilantro,carrot saute for till soft.
6. Add cooked soy, cooked corn and mix well.
7. Add salt and red chili or pepper powder and mix well.
8. Put off the fire. Add lemon juice and toss well.
9. In a wide plate arrange the cucumber around the edge. Sprinkle little salt and red chili powder on all the cucumbers.
10. Now pour the bean mixture in the center.
11. Decorate with the tomato pieces.
