Rice 1cup
Moong dal 1/2cup
Milk 3cup
Jaggery 1cup
Cashew,pista,almonds 2tbsp
Coconut pieces
Pepper 1pinch
Raisins 1tbsp
Saffron 1pinch
Water 4cup
Wash and cook rice and moong dal with 4 cups of water.
When the rice is almost cooked add milk and cook till rice is mashy.
Add sauted nuts and jaggery and cook till nice pudding consistency.
Add chopped coconut and saffron.
