Healthy Oats Porridge

Old Fashioned Oats 2tble spoons
Walnuts 2
Almonds 3
Dates 2
Cashew 2
Honey to taste.
Milk 1 cup


.Soak the dry fruits in 1/2 cup of boiling water for half an hour.

.Blend them together along with the water to fine paste.

.Take the mixture out.

.Clean the jar with 1cup hot water and keep aside. This water you can use to cook the oats.

.Cook the oats till soft. Add the dry fruit mixture and the milk and cook for one more minute. Take out from fire.

.Add as much honey as you want. Stir well. serve hot. You can also refrigerate and drink cold.
