4 pieces chicken with skin
2 tbsp oil
1tbsp black pepper powder
1/2 soya sauce
1-3 tbsp vinegar
4-5 crushed garlic cloves
2 cups water
salt to taste
For the garlic rice;
1 cup rice
1 tbsp butter
1tbsp garlic
2 cups water
salt and pepper to taste
To prepare the chicken,marinate the chicken with oil,garlic,seasoning and the sauces and keep aside for 10 minutes. put it into a sauce pan and cook the chicken on a low flame for 20 minutes.remove the chicken from the liquid and keep aside.add a little corn flour and water solution to the liquid and make it into a thick sauce.deep fry the chicken just before serving and serve hot with garlic sauce.
For the rice;Heat oil in a pan ,add the garlic and fry for a few second,add in the rice and salt and pepper along with the stock,boil,simmer untill rice is cooked.serve the rice with the chicken and the sauce.
