2 slices white bread,crust removed and cut into small cubes
1 iceberg lettuce
2 tbsp grated cheese
3 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic cloves
1tbsp lemon juice
1 egg
pepper
salt to taste
Fry the small bread cubes,in oil,to prepare croutons.
Arrange the lettuce leaves in a salad bowl.
sprinkle with the prepared croutons.
Beat the egg,olive oil,garlic,lime juice,salt and pepper,with a hand mixer to prepare the salad dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
