Grilled chicken with Tzatziki and Bulgur

2nos chicken breast(cleaned and boned)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
salt/black pepper to taste.
1 1/2tsp mustard paste
1/2tsp Baharat spice powder(middle eastern spice powder,available in local super markets)
2cups hung yogurt
3 nos cucumber
A pinch of black salt
Few twings of mint(chopped)
Bulgar salad
1 cup cooked bulgur
1nos chopped onion
1tomato chopped
2 green chillies chopped
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
5-6 green and black olives chopped
5 tbsp vinaigrette



Marinate the chicken breasts with the marinate ingredients and leave aside in refrigerator for 30-45mins.Cook on a hot non stick pan with a dash of oil till done.For Tzatziki,peel the cocumbers,remove the seeds and chop the flesh into small dices. mix together the rest of tzatziki ingredients. mix the salad ingredients together and keep in a refrigerator. serve the chicken with tzatziki with salad.
