1.Basmati rice-2cup
2.Finely chopped onion -2no
3.Ginger -1pieces
4.Garlic -4 flkes
5.Green chillies -5no
6.Mint leaves -1/2 cup
7.Coriander leaves-1/2 cup
8.chicken(boneless small pieces) -200gm
9.salt -as reqd
10.Garam masala -1tsp
11.Ghee -3tbsp
12.Hot water -4cup
1.Soak basmathi rice for 10 min
2.Grind ginger,garlic,green chillies , mint and coriander leaves togather.
3.Heat ghee in a pan ,saute onoin for 2min,add grind masala and fry 2 mins.
4.Add chicken pieces ,garam masala and salt ,saute well
5.Add rice and hot water,cook on slow fire till done.
6.Garnish with mint leaves and lemon flower.
