Chicken Drum Beater

Ingredients
Corn flour 1/2 Cup
Chopped coriander 1 Bunch
Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoons
Garam masala 1 Teaspoons
Red chilly flakes 2 Teaspoons
Garlic chopped 2 Teaspoons
Oil for deep fry
Salt To Taste
Pepper powder 2 Teaspoons
Cream 2 Tablespoons
Chicken fat 100 Grams
Chicken 500 Grams
All purpose flour 1 Cup
Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoons
Egg 1 Numbers


Directions
1. First cut the chicken breast in small pieces and add chicken fat and blend in a blender, make a nice coarse mince.
2. In the mince add cream, pepper powder, salt, garlic, red chilly flakes, garam masala, chopped parsley, chopped coriander, lime juice(optional) mix it well.
3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them like a drum beaters using sticks Take a bowl add corn flour, all purpose flour, pepper powder, salt, baking soda, mix this and add beaten egg, and water make into a thick batter, Roll this chicken drum beater in the batter and put it into hot oil and deep fry them.
4. Serve hot with tomato basil sauce.
