Hara Bara Paratha

Wheat Flour 1 cup
Spinach 3/4 cup
Revitalite powder
Coriander 5-6 twigs
Ginger chili paste 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Flax seeds 1/2 Tbsp
Oil 2 tsp
Salt to taste


Grind coriander with ginger paste, lemon juice , flaxseeds and salt. Remove in a bowl and keep aside.


Blanch spinach and puree.
Make dough using wheat flour,revitalite powder, and spinach puree. Do not use water.
Cover the dough and keep it for 5-7 min.


For each paratha, roll out 2 chapatis. Apply chutney on one of them and press the other on top.
Heat tava, smear it with oil and roast the paratha. Remove when brown spots appear on both sides.
Serve hot with curds.
